This is a full-time remote role for a DeFi / Web3 Advisor. The role involves providing strategic advisory services on decentralized finance (DeFi) and Web3 projects. Responsibilities include staying up-to-date with blockchain innovations, assisting with project evaluations, advising on tokenomics, and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, the advisor will work closely with clients to provide insights on blockchain adoption strategies and financial mechanisms in the Web3 ecosystem while aligning with Greenlight’s goal of delivering tailored financial solutions.

• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), and Web3 trends
• Expertise in cryptocurrencies, tokenomics, and smart contract platforms
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and evaluating emerging technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving within finance and technology industries
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Relevant professional experience in finance, technology, blockchain, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Blockchain Technology, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
