Job Description Summary
The Data Analyst supports our operations by transforming data into actionable insights that improve workforce efficiency, nurse coverage and operational performance. This role combines technical expertise in data analysis and visualization with a strong understanding of healthcare operations to drive informed decision-making across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using data to make measurable impact on patient care and organizational success.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports and performance analyses using Power BI, SQL and Excel
- Perform detailed validation of datasets and identify dependencies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Including clinical operations and data engineering to enhance data quality, timeliness and documentation accuracy.
- Present findings, insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc and recurring analyses to monitor and address data quality, anomalies and validation issues.
- Research, identify and resolve outliers or irregularities in operational and clinical datasets.
- Perform QA/QC reviews on reports and dashboards prior to distribution to internal teams and clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and client-facing data management specifications.
- Build and maintain documentation for data sources, project methodologies and processes

Basic Education And/or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (information science, computer science, Finance or Math)
- 2 years of experience in data analytics or reporting role (healthcare experience preferred)
- 2 years of intermediate SQL, Microsoft Office Such as Excel (formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power Bi or Tableau
- Clear and effective communications skills with both technical and operational audiences
- Preferred level of education
- Power Bi
- Microsoft PL-300 Certification or similar.
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $53,879.21-$89,821.18
