Job Purpose

To manage and optimize Microsoft Enterprise licensing agreements, including renewals and compliance, while driving customer success through Azure, reporting, and strategic initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise solutions and value-added services.

Major Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Manage and renew Microsoft Enterprise Agreements (EA) for corporate clients.
  • Oversee Azure subscriptions, usage, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on licensing, Azure consumption
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote Microsoft solutions and best practices.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft to manage incentive programs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft licensing models, cloud offerings, and enterprise solutions.
  • Support the sales and technical teams in solution positioning and customer engagement.
  • Preparing Proposals for customers where providing cost of licenses and implementation effort details

Knowledge/ Skills - Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models such as EA, CSP, and MPSA, along with familiarity with Azure services including cost management and reporting. Able to communicate clearly, present ideas effectively, analyze data with attention to detail.

Education - Bachelor Degree

Certifications - Microsoft Licenses, AZ-900, Al-900, Licensing Solutions EA & SMB

Experience - 3-5 Years in IT Solutions, licensing & managing Enterprise Agreements & Azure

Azure Cost Management & Reporting: Ability to monitor Azure usage, generate cost reports, and provide recommendations for optimization and budgeting.

Enterprise IT Solutions: Knowledge of enterprise-level IT infrastructure and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to align them with customer needs.
