Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager leading the Frontend team at Atlaslive. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of frontend deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, setting priorities, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. The role also involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, addressing roadblocks, and managing communication across stakeholders to streamline project workflows.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in product teams
• Experience independently managing a team from planning to release
• Hands-on experience implementing or improving Agile processes
• Experience calculating capacity and managing team workload based on data
• Understanding of risk management at sprint level
• Confident use of Jira
• Work with Confluence
• Proactive communication with stakeholders
• Ability to speak honestly about problems and risks

Responsibilities:

• Organise and facilitate Grooming, Planning, Retro, Daily
• Define Sprint Goal
• Ensure tasks are ready for Planning through regular Grooming sessions
• Monitor Sprint Goal execution and escalate blockers in a timely manner
• Calculate team Capacity prior to each sprint Planning
• Maintain team workload at 75–85% of effective capacity
• Plan and coordinate Dev and QA workload
• Identify and document Risks before sprint start
• Track Risk status throughout the sprint
• Manage Dependencies with adjacent teams and external providers
• Build and maintain team processes aligned with Delivery standards
• Keep the Jira board up to date — statuses, estimates, priorities
• Prepare Sprint Planning Report
• Provide the Head of Delivery with regular reporting: velocity, burndown, % completion

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the technical side of development — you don’t code, but you understand what the team is talking about
• Experience working across multiple interdependent teams simultaneously
