Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Website Developer Intern to join our team in Aurangabad, Maharashtra for a 6-month internship program. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on experience in web development.
The candidate should have basic knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and a strong willingness to learn and grow while working on real-world web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining websites and web applications using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and cross-browser compatible web pages.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following development best practices.
- Support integration of third-party APIs and services (payment gateways, email/SMS services, analytics tools, etc.).
- Help optimize website performance including page load speed and asset optimization.
- Assist in implementing basic security practices such as input validation and data protection.
- Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve existing features.
- Work closely with designers and developers to deliver assigned tasks on time.
- Maintain documentation of development tasks and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of PHP (backend development).
- Knowledge of JavaScript (DOM manipulation, events, AJAX/fetch).
- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and SQL queries.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git or any version control system.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
- Exposure to frontend libraries (React / Vue) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Linux environments or cPanel hosting.
