Experience

5–10 years (flexible based on skill depth)

Key Responsibilities

Full‑Stack Development

  • Develop end‑to‑end applications covering both front‑end and back‑end layers
  • Build responsive, user‑friendly UIs using modern frameworks
  • Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data models
  • Ensure application performance, security, and reliability in production environments

DCIM‑Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance DCIM capabilities such as:
    • Asset and inventory management
    • Rack, power, cooling, and space utilization views
    • Capacity planning and forecasting dashboards
    • Data‑center visualization (floor plans, racks, topology)
  • Integrate DCIM applications with:
    • Monitoring systems
    • CMDB platforms
    • Infrastructure and provisioning tools
  • Work with large‑scale operational data from data centers and ensure high availability and fault tolerance
Collaboration Ownership

  • Collaborate with product managers, SREs, and data‑center operations teams
  • Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews
  • Own features from concept → design → development → deployment → support
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices

Required Skills Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with front‑end technologies:
    • JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS
    • React, Angular,
  • Strong experience with back‑end technologies:
    • Node.js, Python
    • RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
  • Database experience:
    • Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
    • NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices
DCIM / Infrastructure Domain Experience

  • Hands‑on experience with DCIM tools or platforms (commercial or in‑house)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data‑center infrastructure (servers, racks, power, cooling, networking)
    • Capacity, utilization, and lifecycle management
  • Experience building dashboards, analytics, or visualization tools for infrastructure data
Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital twins or infrastructure visualization
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, or CMDB concepts
  • Experience working in large‑scale data‑center or cloud environments
  • Exposure to security and compliance requirements in infrastructure systems

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
