We are hiring Backend Engineers with strong Golang experience to work on high-scale, real-time backend systems used by millions of users daily.
The team is building high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and microservices, while also migrating parts of the platform from Java to Golang to improve scalability and performance.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving large-scale engineering problems, designing reliable backend architectures, and owning systems end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Golang
✔ Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
✔ Experience building high-scale backend systems or APIs
✔ Solid knowledge of Distributed Systems
✔ Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
Preferred Skills
➕ Experience migrating systems from Java → Go
➕ Experience with Redis, Kafka, Memcache, MySQL
➕ Familiarity with event-driven systems and queues
➕ Experience building real-time platforms or large-scale internet applications
➕ Exposure to AWS / GCP / cloud-native infrastructure

Engineers from product-based companies or high-scale internet startups with experience building API-driven platforms, e-commerce systems, SaaS products, or real-time applications.

- Take end-to-end ownership of services from design to deployment
