Associate - UI/UX Design

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate UI/UX Designer to support the design team in creating user-friendly digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with senior designers and developers to ensure design feasibility and usability.
• Support user research activities including surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
• Help maintain and update existing design systems and style guides.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to enhance user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience or strong internship background in UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Use AI-assisted design features in tools to improve efficiency in layout and visual asset creation.
• Keep up-to-date with AI-based design trend generators and recommended systems for inspiration and best practices.
