Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for software projects
• Develop a deep understanding of how professional displays contribute to user experiences in integrated environments, ensuring software solutions optimize on-premises and remote capabilities
• Establish and track key success criteria for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs
• Analyze and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with software capabilities
• Act as a liaison between the software development team and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives
• Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, workflows, use cases, and process maps
• Partner with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and scalability
• Support the implementation of new processes or systems, including conducting impact assessments, training, and user adoption strategies
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Assist in validating software deliverables, ensuring they meet business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development or IT environment
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with development teams and stakeholders on software projects
• Experience with IoT software is a must
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, Balsamiq or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and data modeling is a plus.
