The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Process Automation Project Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of process automation solutions. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement automation opportunities to optimize finance processes, enhance accuracy, and improve efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of finance operations, project management, and automation technologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Lead end-to-end project management for finance automation initiatives, from initial assessment through implementation and post-implementation support.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current finance processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance teams to document existing workflows and procedures.
• Evaluate the feasibility and potential ROI of proposed automation solutions.
• Work with IT and software development teams to design and implement automation solutions using RPA, AI, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop detailed requirements and specifications for automation projects.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment.
• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Provide training and support to finance teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Address any resistance or challenges proactively.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of automated processes.
• Continuously monitor and analyze performance data, making adjustments as needed.
• Report on project outcomes and provide recommendations for further improvements.

Who Are We Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, project management, or process automation roles.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles.
• Proven experience with process automation tools and technologies, such as RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), BI, AI, and ERP systems.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
