| YOUR CHALLENGE ?

Within an engineering team focused on internal applications, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions that support and improve operational workflows.

The role combines software development, solution design, and advisory responsibilities, ensuring that the tools and applications used by the business follow sustainable engineering practices and appropriate development standards.


  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, services, and automation tools
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reliable and maintainable technical solutions
  • Support the adoption of a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, testing, documentation, and deployment
  • Implement appropriate controls, validation mechanisms, and traceability within applications and processes
  • Promote and enforce development standards and best practices
  • Contribute to the configuration and improvement of existing CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure applications are properly deployed and maintained
  • Review and improve existing internally developed tools when necessary


| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU ?


  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience building production-grade applications
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, code quality, documentation)
  • Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience adapting or configuring existing build and deployment pipelines
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate functional needs into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical standards to non-technical users
