A hands on HR Generalist role with a national not for profit organisation supporting First Nations and disadvantaged communities to start and grow businesses.
This is a 3 month temporary role covering a leave period, offering a flexibility with mostly remote work and just one day per week in the Sydney office.
You’ll join a growing organisation of around 100 employees nationally, working within a collaborative People and Culture team where HR plays an active role supporting leaders, strengthening people practices and maintaining strong governance across the business.
In this role you’ll partner with managers across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance support, while also contributing to WHS processes and Workers Compensation coordination.
You’ll be joining a well connected People and Culture team of five, supporting a national workforce.
This role will suit someone with around five years HR generalist experience who enjoys operational HR, values flexibility and is motivated by working in an organisation with genuine community impact.
