Are you an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in complex enterprise environments? Do you enjoy enabling high-performing teams, embedding strong agile practices, and helping organisations deliver critical technology outcomes with clarity and predictability?

This opportunity gives you the chance to support multidisciplinary teams delivering foundational data platform capabilities, while working closely with Product Owners, engineers, and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

  • Enable high-performing delivery teams: You’ll serve the delivery teams and Product Owners by embedding strong agile practices, facilitating Scrum events, and ensuring teams are set up to deliver high-quality, production-ready increments each sprint.
  • Drive predictable, transparent delivery: You’ll promote transparency across the program through clear metrics, delivery reporting and visualisation, helping stakeholders understand progress, risks and dependencies.
  • Remove blockers and manage dependencies: Working across multiple squads and delivery streams, you’ll proactively identify and remove impediments – particularly cross-team and platform dependencies – ensuring delivery momentum is maintained.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement: You’ll foster an environment of accountability, learning and improvement, coaching teams to strengthen agile maturity while protecting them from unnecessary disruption.

Mandate

Support effective delivery across multidisciplinary teams within the Data Platforms Uplift program by embedding agile practices, facilitating team collaboration, managing dependencies and ensuring delivery remains aligned to program outcomes and governance expectations.

Requirements

  • Facilitate all core Scrum events, ensuring they are purposeful, timeboxed and outcome-focused.
  • Support effective sprint planning, backlog refinement and prioritisation in partnership with Product Owners.
  • Enable teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready increments aligned to agreed definitions of done.
  • Identify, manage and actively remove delivery impediments across teams and platform dependencies.
  • Promote transparency through delivery metrics, reporting and visualisation.
  • Protect teams from unplanned work and external disruption while enabling constructive stakeholder engagement.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately, with clear framing of impact and options.
  • Support alignment across multiple squads and delivery streams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and learning.


Technology / Tooling Agile / Scrum frameworks

  • Enterprise delivery and dependency management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Cloud and data platform environments (desirable)
  • Hybrid Agile / enterprise governance delivery models


About YOU Ideally, you’ll have proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting complex technology or data programs in enterprise environments. You bring strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and cross-team dependencies.

You’re comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders and bring a calm, structured approach to delivery in high-change environments. Experience working on data platforms, cloud programs or large migration initiatives will be highly regarded.
