About the Role:

As an Application Specialist, you’ll be a key member of our Project Controls organization, supporting the implementation and optimization of the Oracle Primavera application suite. This essential tool is used to manage Capital Projects across our organization. You’ll ensure the system operates seamlessly, provide support to end-users, and contribute to the ongoing development and usability of the system.

Your Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage and maintain system access and develop processes to monitor and maintain the application.
• Project Setup Support: Assist project teams with project configurations and user access setup.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues effectively.
• User Support & Training: Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users to enhance system functionality.
• System Development: Collaborate with the development team by drafting requirements, testing new features, and implementing enhancements.
• Documentation: Update and maintain system procedures and documentation.
• Reporting: Generate reports, data extractions, and status updates as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, Business Management, or related fields.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; German proficiency is a plus.
• Experience: 0–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong IT skills; experience with Oracle Primavera software (especially Construction Intelligence Cloud Analytics) is a major advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
