About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a large UX team supporting a leading US healthcare client. You will design engaging web and mobile experiences using human-centered design principles while working within a structured design system.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user-centered designs
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
- Deliver high-quality UX/UI designs for web and mobile platforms
- Ensure consistent design patterns across products
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
- Use research insights and usability data to improve experiences
- Support design initiatives for product enhancements
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in digital product development
- Strong skills in Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes
- Experience designing B2B and B2C web & mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools
- Experience working with Design Systems and Agile/Scrum teams
- Knowledge of AI tools for design workflows
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and design process
