About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a large UX team supporting a leading US healthcare client. You will design engaging web and mobile experiences using human-centered design principles while working within a structured design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into intuitive user-centered designs
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
• Deliver high-quality UX/UI designs for web and mobile platforms
• Ensure consistent design patterns across products
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
• Use research insights and usability data to improve experiences
• Support design initiatives for product enhancements

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in digital product development
• Strong skills in Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes
• Experience designing B2B and B2C web & mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools
• Experience working with Design Systems and Agile/Scrum teams
• Knowledge of AI tools for design workflows
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
• Strong English communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and design process
