As an intern in the CRM Marketing Voice of Customer Team, you will support the collection, analysis, and communication of guest feedback within the company. Working alongside a data scientist, your contributions will directly inform leadership decisions to enhance the onboard experience for millions of guests. You will handle tasks such as data analysis, report automation, and developing initial concepts for machine learning applications, using state-of-the-art tools to process customer feedback data.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Analyse and process real-world customer feedback data.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Extract and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
• Support the team with exploratory tasks, including prototyping ML applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Language Skills: Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Soft Skills: A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland
