Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Test Specialist (NL) based in Brussels. The Test Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing testing processes, including test planning and execution, developing test strategies, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle. The role will also involve identifying and resolving defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing recommendations for process enhancements to improve software quality.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Test Specialist working with large business-critical applications (minimum 5 years).
- Strong experience with formal testing methods and techniques.
- Proven experience in test analysis and test scenario creation (minimum 5 years).
- Experience in launching test automation and interpreting automation reporting
- Dutch language proficiency at European CEFR Level C2 (mandatory).
- Experience with SAP systems (SAP GUI, SAP Fiori applications) is a plus.
- Experience with test design techniques such as pairwise testing and risk-based testing.
- Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with specialist testing tools and testing suites used in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrable experience with formal testing methods and techniques.
- Demonstrable experience with Java in the context of testing
- Demonstrable experience with test automation concepts
- Experience with Playwright – preferred.
- Experience with RestAssured – preferred.
- Experience with TypeScript in the context of testing – preferred.
