- Clearance: Active NATO Secret (or national equivalent) is highly desirable and often mandatory.
- Experience: Proven track record in defense, government, aerospace, or large-scale international environments.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Contracting: Open to working on a freelance / B2B basis.
- Citizenship: Must be a national of a NATO member country.
