Our client is a major organization in the Rail / Transport sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CISO projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's security, compliance, and business objectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively resolving obstacles to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensure all project activities comply with the organization's cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear and concise project reporting to senior management and steering committees.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices within the CISO department.
- 20+ years of experience in IT
- At least 10+ years Project Management experience
- Track record of Program/Project Management with Budget Oversight >20M€
- At least two complex large-scale business transformation programs/projects
- PM Certification (PMI PMBOK Prince2 PM2 or similar)
- Fluent in Dutch/French (native in one) and English
- Proven track record delivering results in critical operational environments
- CISM certification
- ISO 27001 experience
- ITIL framework knowledge
- Experience in railway/transport sector
