We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Kanban expertise to support two IDAM squads and help drive our Agile transformation.

What You Will Do :

• Guide and coach teams toward Agile excellence, fostering autonomy and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies: refinements, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement sessions.
• Support teams in planning, estimation, progress tracking, demos, and delivery.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and anticipate risks—especially around testing environments.
• Track and analyze Agile metrics (throughput, cycle time, maturity) to drive performance.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the transition toward the new Target Operating Model.
• Implement and continuously improve Kanban practices across squads.
• Coach and mentor the broader Scrum Master community, acting as a multiplier of knowledge and maturity.

What We’re Looking For :

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• PSK certification required; CSP/PSM are a plus.
• Strong facilitation, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to challenge, influence, and drive outcomes.
• Comfortable in fast‑moving environments; adaptable and proactive.
• Strong coaching mindset, especially toward other Scrum Masters.
• Professional‑level English is mandatory.
• Understanding of technical concepts; basic Cybersecurity/IAM knowledge is a plus.
