Job Description

By joining the Group Digital and Capabilities Division, you will be joining an international and geographically spread team that, through strong collaboration, articulates the business strategy and engages the company to deliver and grow profitable products & services. You will contribute to growing our relevance in post trade by realizing the regulatory agenda in strengthening the financial industry, leveraging our franchise to expand globally and re-architecting the post trade landscape.

Within the GDC Division, The Analytics, Insights and Reporting Tribe supports the needs for advanced analytics and reporting from all the entities of the Euroclear Group. The team helps to transform data into insights using techniques such as descriptive analysis, text mining, machine learning, process mining, network analytics, predictive modelling.

To This Aim, The Team Is Running

  • The Data & Analytics Platform (DAP) - Hadoop-based, used as group-wide DataLake, and able to perform advanced analytics treatment (a.o. Machine Learning & AI)
  • The group DataWarehouse (SQL server), used as a source for reporting tools such as Cognos & Power BI.
  • The Cloud Data Platform (MS Azure), serving both Data & Analytics purposes.

Ready to make an impact? 

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Scrum Master with strong communication skills to guide Agile practices and ensure timely delivery across squads. 

Your day-to-day mission: 

  • Coach teams in Agile principles, practices and metrics
  • Collaborate with the Product Owners to manage backlogs - with good data quality - and realign priorities if needed.
  • Identify and support in resolving team impediments
  • Facilitating squad ceremonies to support/develop/improve squad efficiency, autonomy and cross-functional collaboration 
  • Ensuring compliance to Euroclear way of working within the squad
  • Monitor performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with squad leads and promote team dynamics and psychological safety
  • Actively participate in the Scrum Master community 

What you need to have to succeed in this role: 

  • More than 3 years’ experience as Scrum Master,
  • Strong stakeholder management with effective organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills 
  • Demonstrated servant-leadership mindset to deliver value effectively 
  • Experience working with Agile methodology,
  • Change management and facilitation experience 
  • Establishes collaborative relationships that promote transparency, trust, and team cohesion
  • Strong communication skills in English  

What Makes You Stand Out 

  • Proven experience as Scrum Master and/or agile coach 
  • PSM1 or equivalent certification 
  • Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow 
  • Technical expertise and experience in the financial industry 
  • Stakeholder management with effective organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
