Product Manager, Rides Integration

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Rides Integration team, someone passionate about building scalable integration products and reusable growth capabilities, who will own the direction of Bolt’s integration ecosystem and work closely with engineers, operations, business development, legal, and external partners to unlock new revenue opportunities through platform integrations across markets.

About The Role

In this role, you will own the next phase of Rides Expansion, shifting from geographic market launches to product-led growth through integrations. You will treat Bolt’s integration capability as a scalable product portfolio, building reusable frameworks that unlock new growth opportunities and embed Bolt into adjacent ecosystems rather than relying on one-off market-specific solutions.

Your work will span airport integrations, taximeter integration frameworks, partner SDKs, kiosk systems, and embedded mobility partnerships. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Operations, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Data teams to design durable, API-driven integration architecture across 50+ markets.

This is a high-impact platform role with cross-market visibility and long-term structural importance.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for non-geographic growth through integrations and partner ecosystems.
• Lead product discovery across partner needs, integration constraints, operational dependencies, and growth opportunities to inform scalable product decisions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of integration platforms and reusable frameworks, from concept through launch and continuous optimisation.
• Design scalable integration capabilities for airports, taximeters, SDKs, and partner platforms that minimise custom market-by-market implementations.
• Own the lifecycle of third-party integrations, ensuring reliable performance, strong partner collaboration, and measurable business impact.
• Improve integration scalability, reliability, and adoption through data-driven prioritisation, governance standards, and clear product documentation.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have experience working on platform products, API integrations, partner ecosystems, marketplaces, or other scalable technology products in fast-paced environments.
• You have successfully delivered complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
• You are technically fluent and comfortable discussing APIs, SDKs, integration architecture, system design, and third-party platform integrations with engineering teams.
• You combine strong analytical thinking with commercial awareness, using data and system-level insights to prioritise high-impact growth opportunities and make informed trade-offs.
• You approach integrations as scalable products rather than one-off projects, with a strong focus on reusable frameworks, long-term maintainability, and operational efficiency.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across Engineering, Business Development, Operations, Legal, Finance, and external partner organisations.
