Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Product Manager to join our Nordic team. This fixed-term position covers parental leave until end of September 2026. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will manage our clinical product portfolio and act as the Omnichannel Specialist for the Nordic region.
In this role, you will coordinate the introduction, launch, and promotion of both new and existing products. You will collaborate closely with the Nordic Sales and Application Support Teams to achieve business goals and work with the European Clinical Marketing team to ensure successful regional implementation. Additionally, you will play an active role in our network of Omnichannel Specialists, ensuring consistent and effective campaign execution across the Nordics.
The role can be based in any Nordic country, preferably with easy access to a major airport. Hybrid working arrangements are available and you will be expected to travel around 15% of your time.

Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead the Nordic execution of strategies for the clinical portfolio to meet customer and business needs.
- Act as the reference point for product knowledge within the Nordic region.
- Collaborate with the European Clinical Marketing team to influence strategy and support local implementation.
- Contribute to financial forecasts and budget planning.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and field teams to gather insights and support product strategies.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including clinical events, exhibitions, and omnichannel campaigns.
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences and proven experience in clinical immunology, haematology, or flow cytometry.
- A first experience in a commercial role within life science industry is an advantage, but we are open to junior/fresh graduate candidates.
- Fluent in English and ideally one Nordic language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting and facilitating meetings.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Organised, adaptable, commercially aware, and skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
