Key Platforms
Smart Wind Turbines
Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.
Energy Storage
The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).
Green Hydrogen
Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).
Key Responsibilities
Business-Oriented HR Partnership
Act as a strategic HR partner to business units by conducting regular organizational and workforce reviews. Provide effective and pragmatic HR solutions across recruitment, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. Ensure the effective implementation and execution of HR policies within operational teams.
Talent Strategy & Organizational Capability Building
Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines aligned with business development plans, ensuring sufficient workforce support and risk mitigation. Assess organizational capabilities and drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting human resource cost planning, budgeting, and control.
Stakeholder Communication & Employee Relations
Establish and maintain effective communication channels between management, business leaders, and employees from both HR and operational perspectives. Closely monitor employee engagement and sentiment to promote positive and constructive labor relations.
Culture & Values
Support corporate culture initiatives and uphold company core values. Partner with business units to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and healthy organizational environment.
HR Process Optimization & COE Collaboration
Work closely with the HR Center of Excellence (COE) to continuously optimize HR processes, systems, and governance mechanisms, enhancing overall employee experience and engagement.
Job Requirements
Organizational & Management Experience
Over 8 years of experience in organizational management within medium to large teams (typically 10–50+ employees), or proven success in HR operations or business management projects. Experience across multiple functional areas such as business development, project delivery, marketing, finance, procurement, quality management, or HR COE functions is preferred.
HRBP Experience in France
Solid HR Business Partner experience supporting large organizations in France/Europe, with responsibility for 100+ employees over 7+ years. Strong hands-on experience across recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee life-cycle management.
Language & Cultural Competence
Fluent in French and English. Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Industry & Mindset
Results-driven, proactive, and business-oriented mindset. Prior HR management experience within the renewable energy or energy-related sector is highly preferred.
