Project Summary:

The client is embarking on a strategic transformation to move from a fragmented, decentralized structure to an integrated digital platform. As the Product/Project Manager, you will be the key to harmoniously bridge the gap between business operations and technology. You will lead and manage the transition from legacy solutions to a scalable operation that powers everything from initial patient intake (Anamnese) to automated billing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site audits and stakeholder feedback across the entire business to map and fully understand the current status quo of end-to-end processes their support
  • Define optimized high-level target processes that enable low hanging fruit improvements whilst getting ready for a modern IT infrastructure
  • Support the evaluation whether to integrate a branch-specific ERP or a Best-of-Breed market standard.
  • Lead the initial implementation and soft-launch phase at selected pilot locations, ensuring the core functions (Contracting → Documentation → Billing) are robust before scaling.
  • Oversee the mapping and cleaning of data from legacy systems into the new Data Warehouse to enable real-time KPI reporting for investors.
  • Manage the wave-based deployment of the new platform across the entire organization.
  • Create technical documentation for integrating future corporate acquisitions into Softdoor systems.
  • Manage the product roadmap post-launch, incorporating AI modules (e.g., automated quality checks) and optimization using user feedback.


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years experience as a Product/Project Manager with experience in end-to-end project management (from Discovery Phase to Implementation)
  • Proven experience in a high-stakes, dynamic environment (Private Equity, Management Consulting, or hyper-growth Scale-ups).
  • Deep familiarity with ERP (Odoo, Business Central, Oracle NetSuite preferred), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft CRM preferred) and other typical enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows across diverse technological ecosystems.
  • Ability to visualize complex workflows and translate them into lean, scalable, and system-supported processes.
  • Understanding of Data Warehousing, API-first architecture, and how operational data feeds into reporting.
  • Experience with leading a team of developers and efficiently translating client needs into technical solutions and output.
  • Programming/development experience is a plus.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to strategically simplify technical language to C-level executives, and PE investors.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on structured, comprehensive, and data-driven problem-solving.
  • Ability to balance long-term “Target Architecture” with the immediate needs of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Proven experience in managing small to large sized clients.
  • Fluency in German (essential for site audits/interviews) and English (for technical and investor reporting).
