That‘s why we are looking for a Junior Designer (m/f/d) to join and support our team full-time starting in May 2026.
What You Can Look Forward To
- A challenging role with diverse and engaging projects for renowned brands and manufacturers
- Developing and implementing innovative concepts and design solutions using both digital and analog tools — including hands-on work in our workshop
- Being involved throughout the entire design process, from research to prototyping
- Preparing and delivering client presentations

- You enjoy rethinking ideas and challenging the status quo
- You navigate all phases of the design process savely — from research and concept development to visualization and presentation
- You have a strong technical understanding and knowledge of common manufacturing technologies and processes
- You present and represent project results confidently — both internally and with clients
- Your sketches communicate ideas clearly and precisely
- You have solid software skills (CAD — ideally Rhino, Affinity etc.) as a foundation of your daily work and enjoy learning new tools
- You hold a degree in Product Design or Industrial Design
- You enjoy communicating fluently in German and/or English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with AI tools such as Vizcom and initial professional experience is a plus.
Please Note
- The workplace is located in our Darmstadt office.
- Applicants from abroad are welcome, but must hold a valid work and residence permit in order to be considered.
- As a studio-based practice, we place great value on in-person collaboration. Therefore, team members are expected to spend a significant part of their working hours in our studio, while home office is also offered.
