Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, detail‑oriented HR Assistant / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading technology company in Frankfurt for a 9–12 month maternity cover. This role blends HR operations, employee lifecycle support, and recruitment coordination, ensuring continuous and seamless People operations during the cover period.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple business units.
  • Support hiring managers with role briefings, job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain ATS accuracy and ensure a smooth pipeline progression for candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes including preparing contracts, right‑to‑work checks, documentation, and new‑hire orientation.

HR Administration & Employee Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR‑related queries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation such as contracts, amendments, and HR files.
  • Maintain HRIS records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Support payroll processing with timely updates and required documentation.
  • Assist with probation reviews, performance documentation, and general HR lifecycle processes.

People Team Projects & Support

  • Contribute to HR initiatives including engagement programs, compliance tasks, and L&D coordination.
  • Assist in preparing HR metrics and monthly reports.
  • Support the HR Manager with day‑to‑day activities, calendar coordination, and internal communication.


Skills & Experience

  • Experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or TA Coordinator.
  • Experience working within a fast‑paced, international or matrixed organisation (technology sector advantageous).
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS systems.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • German and English language skills preferred.
