About the Role

The L2 Network LAN, WAN & WLAN resource will be responsible for hands-on troubleshooting in enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, ensuring optimal network performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Hands-on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN (DC & Ent), WAN, and WLAN environment.
Knowledge of server Load balancer (F5/ Citrix / Cisco).
Knowledge of SDWAN (Viptela/Silverpeak/Velo Cloud/Meraki etc).
Knowledge of Aruba/Cisco/Meraki - Wireless.
Knowledge of MPLS, DMVPN, and QOS.
Knowledge of DHCP, DNS & IPAM.
Knowledge/troubleshoot on IPsec, VPNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over various platforms.
Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & ISIS).
Technical expertise with Switching (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1.X, Various flavors of STP, HSRP, VRRP, VTP).
Remote management and monitoring of Network operations.
24x7 NOC support to large global clients that have distributed DC, LAN, WAN & WLAN setup.
Level 1 and Level 2 support for incident/change management ticket resolution.
Planning and performing upgrades of network devices.
Work with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems.

Required Skills

Hands-on troubleshooting experience in LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
Technical expertise in routing and switching protocols.

Language Required: German (C1) & English
