About the Role
The L2 Network LAN, WAN & WLAN resource will be responsible for hands-on troubleshooting in enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, ensuring optimal network performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN (DC & Ent), WAN, and WLAN environment.
- Knowledge of server Load balancer (F5/ Citrix / Cisco).
- Knowledge of SDWAN (Viptela/Silverpeak/Velo Cloud/Meraki etc).
- Knowledge of Aruba/Cisco/Meraki - Wireless.
- Knowledge of MPLS, DMVPN, and QOS.
- Knowledge of DHCP, DNS & IPAM.
- Knowledge/troubleshoot on IPsec, VPNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over various platforms.
- Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & ISIS).
- Technical expertise with Switching (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1.X, Various flavors of STP, HSRP, VRRP, VTP).
- Remote management and monitoring of Network operations.
- 24x7 NOC support to large global clients that have distributed DC, LAN, WAN & WLAN setup.
- Level 1 and Level 2 support for incident/change management ticket resolution.
- Planning and performing upgrades of network devices.
- Work with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems.
Required Skills
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
- Technical expertise in routing and switching protocols.
Language Required: German (C1) & English
