Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Intermediate level)

Location: This position is hybrid and our offices are located in Palermo (PA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems with a focus on quality and scalability.

• Collaborate with a close-knit, flexible team while also taking the autonomy to lead projects and make independent decisions.

• Work on innovative technologies, including AI and low-code integration.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to ensure the highest performance.

• Contribute to the overall architecture of our systems and help guide project direction.

Requirements:

• Intermediate experience as a Full Stack Developer (Java/spring boot on the backend side and React on the frontend side).

• Good understanding of integration patterns and protocols.

• Good experience with DB technologies and JPA.

• Proficiency in English and Italian.

• Familiarity with or curiosity about AI and low-code platforms.

• A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
