Role

We are looking for a motivated person to join our Business Analytics team in Florence who will report to the Business Analyst Director and will also work closely with the Business Manager/Customer acquisition team/Business Operation team.

As a business analyst, you'll work within an organization, helping to manage change and plan for the future in line with company goals.

Profile

You'll support the daily operations of the Business Analysis team to:

• Create, update and track all business performance through spreadsheets analysis on a daily basis.
• Learn how to effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing team leads, product management and other departments.
• Learn to proactively develop reports and analysis of site performance including segmentation analysis.
• Analyse and inform teams of all key customer KPIs and qualitative feedback in order to support business decision making.
• Dive deep into data to identify patterns, trends and statistical insights that help explain performance and support strategic business decisions.

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Economics, Statistics or similar
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
• High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
• Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English
