About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Level One professional to join our IT team in Latvia. You will be the first point of contact for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This is a 1-year contract role with potential for extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level One support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Respond to IT support tickets promptly and efficiently.

Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, including OS, applications, and network connectivity.
Assist in software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and IT assets.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common enterprise applications.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Customer-oriented and team-player mindset.
