This is an on-site, full-time role for a Lending Product Manager located in Riga, Latvia. The Lending Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, for innovative lending solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, defining product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient product delivery. The role also involves monitoring product performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and proposing enhancements that meet customer needs and business objectives.

• Experience in product management, product development, and project management
