How You’ll Make an Impact

• AI solution implementation: Design, test, and implement AI-powered solutions for internal processes and customer-facing products
• Automation & integration: Build and integrate AI-driven automations using APIs, platforms, and existing systems
• Rapid experimentation: Prototype ideas quickly, validate them through MVPs, and iterate based on results
• Business-driven AI use: Identify practical AI use cases that bring real value, especially in financial services and digital products
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with product, tech, and business teams to translate needs into AI solutions
• Communication & enablement: Explain AI concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical colleagues and stakeholders

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in data science, machine learning, software development, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with AI models, process automation, APIs, platforms, or recommendation systems
• Genuine curiosity and initiative in applying AI to real business problems
• Experience with rapid testing, prototyping, and MVP-driven development
• Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences and leadership
• A pragmatic mindset: focused on what works, not just what’s possible
