Our Support and Service Team in Riga is seeking for a CRM & Retention Manager to join the company.

Your mission is to build and optimize a data-driven CRM engine across the full customer lifecycle - from activation and onboarding to retention and re-engagement. You will design, execute, and continuously refine lifecycle communication strategies that increase engagement and long-term customer value across multiple GEOs and audience segments.


This role is for someone who deeply understands customer behavior, segmentation logic, funnel dynamics, and performance metrics - and knows how to transform insights into structured retention mechanics and high-impact lifecycle campaigns driven by data.


‼️Please note that this role requires you to be based in Riga, Latvia, and work in an on-site format.‼️


Requirements:

  • 2+ years in CRM / Retention within iGaming;
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and behavioral mechanics;
  • Experience working with cohorts and retention metrics (D1/D3/D7/D30);
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools.


Skills:

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics: LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn;
  • Confident working with segmentation and data-driven decision-making;
  • Advanced analytical mindset;
  • Excel proficiency.

Execution & Platforms

  • Experience building email templates in drag-and-drop editors (e.g., Stripo or similar);
  • Understanding of deliverability and campaign QA processes;
  • Comfortable working with automation tools and structured workflows.

Personal Qualities

  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and engagement patterns;
  • Structured, analytical, and data-driven mindset;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Content, and Analytics teams;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute operationally.


Skills that will be a plus:

  • Basic HTML knowledge is considered a plus;
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

CRM & Lifecycle Strategy

  • Develop and implement CRM strategy across Activation, Retention, and Reactivation;
  • Build and optimize full-funnel lifecycle journeys (Welcome, Early Activation, Inactivity, VIP, Reactivation, etc.);
  • Design customer lifecycle logic based on behavioral triggers and segmentation;
  • Create scalable communication frameworks across GEOs.

Segmentation & Customer Behavior

  • Segment users by activity, engagement level, frequency, lifecycle stage, and preferences;
  • Analyze customer behavior and identify drop-off points in the funnel;
  • Develop strategies based on audience patterns, engagement signals and lifecycle needs.

Campaign Execution

  • Launch and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other channels;
  • Set up automated trigger flows and multi-step journeys;
  • Manage campaign setup, scheduling, targeting, and execution quality.

Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze Retention, LTV, and channel performance metrics, assess engagement levels, and drive data-based optimizations to improve lifecycle effectiveness;
  • Conduct A/B testing and interpret results;
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify performance gaps;
  • Provide structured reports and actionable insights;
  • Work closely with analytics.

Funnel Optimization

  • Clearly understand acquisition and retention funnels;
  • Identify inefficiencies and optimize drop-off stages;
  • Align CRM activity with broader business goals and product strategy.
