ABOUT US:

Coffee Friend is an international omnichannel coffee retailer operating across 12 European markets, with a 15-year track record and 8 growing companies.


We are looking for a colleague to manage the company's IT infrastructure, devices, and networks while ensuring information security. As we grow quickly - as individuals, as a team, and as an e-commerce platform - we need a growth-oriented new member to join our team.


OUR PROJECTS & SCALE:

  • Coffee Friend (Kavosdraugas.lt) across 12 European markets;
  • 25 physical stores and 2 warehouses with full IT infrastructure;
  • 10+ internal systems supporting daily business operations;
  • 400+ employees across a group of 8 companies;
  • Central office located in Kaunas.


AT COFFEE FRIEND, YOU WILL:

  • Administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud services);
  • Manage, configure, and update hardware and peripheral devices;
  • Ensure network stability, security, and performance;
  • Coordinate backup creation and data recovery processes;
  • Support colleagues with IT issues in Lithuania and international branches;
  • Coordinate the resolution process and timeliness of hardware or network problems.


WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Have experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role;
  • You are proficient in Windows Server and Linux environments;
  • You have experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configuration;
  • Understand networking principles (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewalls);
  • You are a quick problem-solver;
  • Possess strong English skills (written and verbal);
  • You are responsible, independent, and solution-oriented.

SALARY:

€2800 - €3800 gross per month
