With 200+ ambitious teammates who own their work, learn fast, and lift each other up, this is a place where you’re trusted to think big and move with intent.

Are you passionate about automation, scalability, and keeping complex systems running smoothly?

Join us as a SysAdmin/DevOps Engineer, where you’ll take ownership of a diverse infrastructure powering 200+ websites and 100+ servers.

You’ll be the backbone of our systems team — balancing traditional system administration with modern DevOps practices, while helping us evolve toward greater automation and reliability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage, monitor, and optimize our infrastructure (200+ websites, 100+ servers) to ensure performance and reliability;
  • Collaborate with developers to build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments;
  • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems;
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (Python, Bash, etc.);
  • Harden system security through best practices, audits, and compliance checks;
  • Design and manage scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, Laravel Forge);
  • Drive our infrastructure-as-code efforts with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

HOW WE WORK:

  • Company-wide OKRs;
  • GIST framework;
  • Sprints;
  • Empowered teams that solve business problems;
  • Objective-based planning and experimentation-driven delivery;
  • Outcomes and customer value delivery over outputs and feature factories;
  • Lots of experiments to validate hypotheses and assumptions ("Ship to learn");
  • "You build it, you run it"

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Strong background in Linux system administration;
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare);
  • Hands-on with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.);
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar);
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack);
  • Understanding of networking, security protocols, and infrastructure design;
  • Previous exposure to IT administration (hardware and networks).

WE OFFER:

  • Salary range: starting from EUR 5000 (gross) according to qualifications;
  • Workplace Flexibility: flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid working model;
  • Well-being benefits: Enjoy the flexibility to choose between private health insurance or a wellness budget to support your overall well-being;

  • Modern offices: offices in Vilnius and Kaunas city centers (shower, kitchen, Foosball & other benefits for a comfortable working environment);
  • Office Perks: weekly snack refills, bun Wednesdays to brighten your midweek, and company lunch on the last Friday of each month;
  • Celebrations & Events: company-wide events and celebrations, such as results overviews, Christmas parties, and summer events;
  • Personal Celebrations: recognition of personal milestones and celebrations, such as birthdays and anniversaries.
