To support our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst Consultant to join our team and work on high-impact projects in Private & Retail Banking, Asset Management, and Insurance.

Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering successful projects by:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
• Drafting functional specifications
• Participating in solution design, testing (UAT), and implementation
• Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams
• Ensuring quality, timely delivery, and structured project follow-up

Your Profile

• A Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CFA) are an advantage.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial sector
• Strong knowledge of financial products (funds, life insurance, private banking, etc.)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills
• Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Languages: Fluent in French and English
