At ANTEA Advisory, we help financial institutions navigate their key strategic and operational challenges. As an independent consulting boutique, we put people, clarity, and rigor at the heart of every engagement.
To support our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst Consultant to join our team and work on high-impact projects in Private & Retail Banking, Asset Management, and Insurance.
Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering successful projects by:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
- Drafting functional specifications
- Participating in solution design, testing (UAT), and implementation
- Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams
- Ensuring quality, timely delivery, and structured project follow-up
Your Profile
- A Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CFA) are an advantage.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial sector
- Strong knowledge of financial products (funds, life insurance, private banking, etc.)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills
- Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Languages: Fluent in French and English
