We are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager, who has at least 3 years of experience after graduation.
Tasks to be performed
• Supporting the flagship co-leads will be more specifically delivered as follows:
- Preparing and organizing the key meetings (agenda, slides, minutes)
1 Steering committee per quarter
1 Operational committee per month
1 weekly follow-up meeting per week
Ad hoc meetings as they arise
• Reporting activities: the flagship being a strategic program of the digital transformation, regular reports and presentations must be done:
Bi-weekly project status for the senior management
Regular status to different instances of the digital transformation program (lending value chain steering committee, GDEC (group digitalization strategic committee)
• Prepare project charters (describing in more details IT work packages to request the associated budget and resources)
• Support the collection and reporting of program benefits
• Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
• Support the Flagship leads in planning the overall program and monitor the progress
• Monitor and report on the program’s budget
• Track the interdependencies within program
• Identify, monitor and communicate the program dependencies with other programs
• Organize workshops with the key stakeholders
• Organize regular info sessions for stakeholders of the program, end users
Specific expertise:
Mandatory knowledge/ Experience
• Program management office in large financial institutions (>1000 employees) for core banking transformation program
• Preparing high-quality, clear and concise presentation slides for senior management audiences, while respecting deadlines for the preparation of meeting materials
• Tools such as Jira, Powerpoint, MS-teams
Preferred knowledge / Experience
• communication skills and proven experience working with Senior Management
• Program management technics and agile methodologies as scale
This is a fully onsite role.
