WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this role, you will support managers with recruitment processes in the EMEA region, with focus on positions based in northern Europe (UK and the Nordics). You will guide and influence professionals through a process focusing on high candidate care and finding the best people both from a skill and culture perspective. In the recruitment process you will be the project leader and guide candidates and line managers from start to finish, ensuring timing, diversity and quality in the process.

You will be based in Axis HQ in Lund, Sweden but be part of an international HR team where all three recruitment specialists are supporting processes across EMEA. Different projects may require different approaches, and you will handle both advertisement, sourcing and other ways of reaching candidates. Apart from driving recruitment projects you will also act as a People Attraction Partner to HR and line managers in Northern Europe, training in recruitment and our ways of working and also support Employer Branding activities to enhance the brand awareness in the market.

A project typically requires you to:

• Establish the job profile, project plan and have a “start-up meeting” with management/regional HR.
• Announce position and find suitable candidates in most appropriate way (people applying, actively searching etc.).
• Interview, evaluate and qualify candidates before the line manager interview.
• Guide/support the manager in the recruitment process (interviews, coordination, reference calling, offer etc.)
• Maintaining the candidate experience throughout the project
• Project management and quality control.
  
  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a pro-active and goal-oriented professional with the ability and experience of running recruitment projects independently from start to finish. You have a true interest in other people and like to explore and learn more about them. You have the ability to lead internal and external stakeholders through your projects, work as a trusted advisor, and challenge their perspectives and approaches. Moreover, you are a good communicator and gain trust in the organization through your listening and presenting skills and long-term approach.

Furthermore, we believe you have:

• Degree in Human Rescores Management or relevant work experience
• 2-4 years’ experience from driving recruitment projects independently.
• Project management skills and ability to get stakeholders on-board
• Ability to engage and influence.
• Flexible and open mindset to different cultures
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Good business acumen
• Understanding of the structure and needs of an organization
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Any additional language skills are an advantage
• Technology is a natural part of everything you do; you are familiar with the virtual arena and are used to working in and learning different systems.
  
  

This job can require travelling within EMEA from time to time. Most of the work is however done in a virtual setting.
