Motion Graphic Designer

32 - 40 hours per week

In this role, you can definitely unleash your creativity and produce engaging video and image assets of our games. You will collaborate with both our UA team and our game artists to refine creatives and brainstorm high-performing ideas. You will combine traditional motion graphics expertise with emerging AI tools to create impactful marketing creatives.

Your key responsibilities

From reading and understanding creative briefs to the actual making of videos. You know where to find your inspiration, create a script and, of course, make high-quality creative videos of our games

• create high-quality creative videos of our games
• ownership of our creative weekly reviews to improve video quality based on team feedback and performance data
• collaborating with the team to develop new concepts and find ways to improve creative performance
• utilising AI video tools to enhance the production process and explore new creative directions

Your skills, talents, and more

• experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, preferably in the gaming industry
• advanced experience with After Effects, and Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
• ability to work across various AI tools (Kling, Nano Banana, Veo, Runway, Minimax, etc.)
• strong understanding of composition, rhythm, and timing in video advertising
• your English is excellent
• you have an EU-citizenship or permission to work in the Netherlands

It’s a (big) plus if you

• know game design and have experience with Unity of similar
• are able to use 3D assets
• speak Dutch

Sparkling Society is a global player with multiple well-known mobile games, such as the City Island series. Titles independently developed from idea to publication, with over 200 million downloads worldwide.
