Key Responsabilities:

Design and develop website pages (landing pages, blog, and product/service pages) from wireframes to final layouts.

Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Manage and update website content in the CMS, maintaining visual and technical consistency.

Implement minor front-end adjustments using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to support campaigns and landing pages.

Monitor website performance (page speed, usability, conversions) and recommend improvements.

Maintain and evolve UI components and design patterns to ensure consistency and scalability

What Do We Consider To Be Essential, For You To Be Successful In This Role

This experience levels:

Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in UX/UI Design, preferably in the design and evolution of web platforms, digital products or corporate websites;

Experience in designing user interfaces and user journeys, from wireframes to high-fidelity layouts.

Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Webflow or similar platforms for website creation and maintenance;

Experience collaborating with technical and business teams, ensuring that design decisions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

These hard skills:

Degree in Design, Digital Design, Multimedia, Communication Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;

Solid knowledge of UX/UI design principles, usability and user-centered design methodologies;

Basic front-end knowledge including HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design techniques, Flexbox/Grid).

Experience with design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent UI design tools;

Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow;

Fluency in written and spoken English.

These soft skills:

Good visual and verbal communication skills;

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, comfortable working in dynamic and Agile environments;

Ability to receive and integrate feedback from stakeholders and users;
