experts working in areas as diverse as IT Consulting, Nearshore, Turnkey Projects,

Blockchain, and Machine Learning.

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the IT sector, uncovering

their unique talent needs and presenting tailored solutions.

• Become a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring their ongoing recruitment

requirements are met with precision and efficiency.

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial search to successful

placement, matching exceptional IT profiles with the perfect career opportunities.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to our placed consultants, ensuring a

positive and productive experience for them and our clients.

What you will need to succeed

• You bring 1-3 years of experience as a Business Manager or in a dedicated IT

recruitment role.

• A natural communicator and skilled negotiator, you excel at building rapport with

both clients and candidates.

• You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently while

also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• You're passionate about the dual challenge of business development and talent

acquisition.

• Fluent in Portuguese (native/fluent) and English (C1 minimum) are essential.
