Global Project Management Officer (Demand Manager)
- Lisbon, Portugal
- Start Date : 01/04/26 (can be slightly flexible)
- Contract until 31/12/26 with extensions to follow into 2027
- Daily Rate : 300-500€ per day
- On-site in Lisbon at least 2 times a week
We have partnered with a Global Financial Services Business who are looking to add a Global PMO to their unit in Lisbon. You'll be working in their Digital Workplace Program and responsible for dispatching all work requests to Workplace products.
Primary Responsibilities will include
- Manage demand requests for Workplace Products, coordinate with Demand Managers and Product teams to ensure correct ownership and alignment.
- Work with stakeholders, account managers and product partners to clarify business needs, assess priorities and determine whether existing solutions could meet requirements or if new capabilities were needed.
- Manage the product demand portfolio, supporting prioritisation and resolving competing requests.
- Secure required resources and ensured significant initiatives were formally onboarded into the project portfolio.
- Owned the Workplace Global Products demand management process, ensuring governance and process compliance.
- Monitored demand portfolio progress, reported status, and communicated delivery timelines or product road map decisions to stakeholders.
Ideal Background
- Experience in Demand Management processes and good Industry knowledge.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate plans, requirements and processes.
- Experience working in a multicultural organisation and good level of English! (Primary working language)
- Strong leadership background with a key focus on simplifying processes.
