Position Summary
For our Nestlé Health Science team, we are currently looking for a Data Analytics & Sales Support. Reporting to NHSc Portugal’s BEO, this professional will be responsible for acting as a reliable source of information for Generating Demand teams by leveraging all internal and external data sources to deliver insightful reports and dashboards, supporting Commercial Development and Sales with actionable analyses, ensuring alignment with Finance on sales and margin data, and continuously optimizing sales‑rep processes to enhance efficiency and facilitate their day‑to‑day operations.

Position Summary

A day in the life of...
- Lead the processes from Data collection, from all available sources (Sell-out, Sell-In, Prescription Data, Sales Activity,…), to Dashboard design to facilitate Sales, Marketing and Commercial Development Team activities, analysis and performance monitoring, ensuring all data is fully reliable and accurate;
- Deliver back office support services for CRM tools and Wholesalers information systems to Sales Teams to ensure smooth user experience and enable insightful data analysis;
- Coordinate all processes to support Sales Managers and Team in controlling their budgets (A&P and other expenses) and manage P2P and O2C processes;
- Alignment with Finance to support on Pricing and TTS agreements are properly managed through SAP;
- Manage the Sales Incentives calculation and validation process until payment;
- Support with specific data analysis requested by Sales, Marketing and Commercial Development teams to help identify insights, trends,… to build new customer/channel/category plans.
- 2 years of professional experience;
- 2 years in GD and/or GD support functions (KAM, CSD, Sales, Com.Excellence, Commercial Finance);
- 2 years in roles managing Data, Digital tools, PBI, AI, ...;
- Fluency in English language is required;
- Team worker & team builder;
- Rigorous and disciplined;
- Pragmatic and results oriented;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
