🚀 Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS Engineer – SwiftUI | Dual-Native Mobile)

At Q-tech, we’re partnering with a fast-growing international tech company that is building a world-class dual-native mobile experience for its B2B CRM platform.

Their iOS app is used daily by professionals managing high-value relationships and deals. They are now looking for a Senior iOS Engineer with strong ownership and architectural mindset to lead and evolve their SwiftUI-based mobile application.

🔎 What you’ll do

• Own and drive the iOS codebase and architecture.
• Build new features with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and code quality.
• Contribute to a shared Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) module for business logic and networking.
• Ensure high performance (60fps scrolling, memory efficiency, solid testing practices).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
• Gradually contribute to Android (Jetpack Compose) as part of a dual-native strategy.

🧠 What they’re looking for

• 5+ years of iOS development experience.
• Deep expertise in SwiftUI and modern Swift (async/await, structured concurrency).
• Strong architectural skills (MVVM, dependency injection, clean code).
• Experience shipping high-quality apps to the App Store.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, testing, and systematic debugging.
• High ownership mindset and product-oriented thinking.
• Interest in growing into a T-shaped mobile engineer (iOS + Android).

✨ Nice to have:

• Experience with Kotlin / Jetpack Compose.
• Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• AI-augmented engineering mindset.
• Background in B2B / SaaS environments.

🎯 What’s offered

• Permanent contract.
• Salary range: €60,000 – €70,000 depending on experience.
