About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Ingrid’s growing Data & Analytics team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our teams and customers with actionable data insights. In this role, you will collaborate across the organization—from product and commercial teams to finance—helping to drive smarter decisions and optimize performance.
You’ll be key in executing our data strategy, designing new metrics, refining curated data layers, and delivering impactful analysis that ensures stakeholders have a deep understanding of how our products and processes are performing. Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Ingrid’s products, as well as commercial and financial processes, to deliver valuable insights
- Proactively analyze performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and develop new metrics for reporting
- Refine existing curated data layers and build new ones to support scalable analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to align analytics efforts with business goals
About you
- ~3 years of experience in the data and analytics field
- A degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or equivalent education—or relevant practical experience
- Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery or similar is a strong plus)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Metabase or similar)
- Familiarity with Git and workflow management tools such as DBT or Airflow
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive insights and communicate them effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Meritorious
- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of product analytics and A/B testing (experiment design and analysis)
- Experience in statistical programming and advanced modeling
