This position is for an experienced, senior Agile Coach — not a Scrum Master. We are looking for a proven expert able to coach, advise and train teams and leaders, including full classroom sessions.

Within the agile community organization, you will bring your strong, proven experience as a Senior Agile Coach, supported by a solid technical and development background. You will partner with other agile coaches, product owners and scrum masters to support teams located in Switzerland, India, Italy, the USA and Belgium.

Your mission is to enable, accelerate and sustain a mature and efficient agile adoption, ensuring delivery of early working software and tangible business value.

You will act as a key expert in a global agile transformation at scale, working in a multicultural and distributed environment with strong top‑management sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Agile transformations, including the transition from waterfall to Agile operating models.

• Coach teams, leaders and product organizations to deeply adopt an agile mindset (values, principles, collaboration, continuous improvement, value-driven delivery).

• Mentor and elevate Scrum Masters and Product Owners to higher maturity levels.

• Provide strategic coaching to PMO and program leadership on agile and scaled agile ways of working.

• Support teams in adopting methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe.

• Design and deliver full classroom trainings, onboarding sessions, maturity assessments, workshops and coaching programs.

• Facilitate tailored training modules using serious games, liberating structures or other facilitation techniques.

• Act as a trusted advisor to teams and managers, helping remove organizational impediments and enabling faster value delivery.

Who are you?

• Extensive experience in IT projects as a Senior Technical Expert (developer background strongly preferred).

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master, now evolved into a seasoned Agile Coach with a demonstrated track record across multiple teams or departments.

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with scaled agile frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, SAFe).

• Experience in large, distributed, multicultural programs.

• Ability to train, coach and facilitate at all levels — teams, leaders, communities of practice.

• Agile certifications are a strong plus (ICP‑ACC, SPC, CTC, CAL, etc.).

You are eligible to work in Switzerland, EU or Swiss citizenship or valid work permit. No Sponsorship for candidate outside of EU.

Even if Hybrid, the job will require relocating 100% to Geneva.
