Role Description

Rotative shifts, you will work 8h per day and have 2 days off
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
- Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Web Design and Web Development
- Experience with Content Management systems
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SEO and analytics tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
