Graphic & Visual Identity Specialist

The Graphic & Visual Identity Specialist supports the implementation of Brico Depot’s communication strategy by executing high-quality visual materials across all customer touchpoints. The role ensures consistent brand expression, clear price communication, and impactful in-store and outdoor visibility aligned with brand guidelines.

The specialist translates marketing briefs into visual executions that enhance customer experience and reinforce Brico’s modern and dynamic brand image.

Main Responsibilities:

Brand & Visual Identity

· Understand, decline, apply and respect brand guidelines across all executions (especially on large formats in store communication).

· Maintain visual consistency of typography, color codes, imagery and layout standards.

· Support the evolution and correct usage of visual identity elements across channel.

Visual Execution & Design

· Develop and adapt visual materials for ATL, BTL, digital and in-store communication.

· Create key visuals (KV) for campaigns and adapt them across required formats (OOH, POSM, digital, social media, print).

· Design price labels, posters, category visuals, promotional materials, and technical product sheets.

· Execute visual adaptations for opening, remodeling, rebranding or promotional campaigns.

· Prepare artwork files for production (print-ready formats, technical specifications, resizing and format declinations).

AI-Assisted Graphic & Video Production

· Use AI tools to support graphic design workflows (image generation, background extension, retouching, mockups, layout ideation).

· Utilize AI-based tools for video editing, motion graphics support, and short-format content creation (reels, social snippets, product videos).

· Generate visual concepts and draft variations using AI to accelerate creative exploration.

Store Communication & POSM

· Create and adapt in-store materials (posters, labels, flags, directional signage, window graphics).

· Prepare POS materials aligned with campaign guidelines and category priorities.

· Adapt visuals for different store formats and sizes.

· Ensure visual coherence across all physical touchpoints in store.

Outdoor & Media Adaptations

· Adapt campaign visuals for OOH formats (4x3m, 5x12m, banners, mesh).

· Prepare files for production and validate technical requirements.

· Support visual consistency across media placements.

Collaboration & Support

· Work closely with Campaign Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders to understand campaign briefs.

· Support local teams with visual adaptations for specific needs.

· Provide design solutions aligned with commercial objectives.

· Collaborate with external agencies and production suppliers for artwork delivery and adjustments.

Quality & Timelines

· Ensure timely delivery of all visual materials according to campaign calendar.

· Review final files before production to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Maintain organized archives of design assets and templates.

· Update and manage template systems for recurring campaign executions.

Experience

· Relevant experience in graphic design (retail experience is a strong plus).

· Portfolio

· Experience working with print production and large format materials.

· Experience in adapting campaigns across multiple formats.

· Experience using AI-assisted design and video tools is a strong plus.
