We are looking to welcome a Project Scheduler with a demonstrated desire to grow as a specialist for one of our clients from energy or railway.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning

-Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6

-Define and structure the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in line with project scope and contractual requirements

-Establish activity durations, dependencies, and key milestones

• Coordination with Project Manager and Stakeholders

-Work closely with the Project Manager to align the schedule with project objectives

-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (engineering, procurement, construction)

-Incorporate feedback and approved changes into the project schedule

• Monitoring and Control

-Update the schedule on a regular basis and track project progress

-Perform Critical Path and near-critical path analysis

-Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential mitigation actions

• Reporting

-Prepare and present progress and schedule reports to management and stakeholders

-Perform schedule impact analyses and support corrective action planning

Qualifications:

• Completed degree (Technical is appreciated)
• English Speaker
• +2-7 years of experience
• Experience of working in distributed, multicultural teamwork environment
• You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented and show a high degree of responsibility, Primavera skills is mandatory
• Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
• Transportation or natural gas experience is a plus.

Working schedule: M-F; 08.30-09.30 – 17.30-18.30

Working Time: full-time (8 hours / day, 40 hours / 3 days/week at the office)
